Internet Download Manager (IDM) tweak, How to solve downloading error in Internet Download Manager (IDM) ?

Internet Download Manager (IDM) is one of the best software for managing downloads. It

comes with many useful features.

I am writing about a tweak which may be useful for you.

"Resume the files"

Sometimes you may get an error while resuming the file you are downloading and this is so annoying to start downloading the file from the beginning. This generally happens when IDM is unable to find the same file URL or unable to find the new URL of the same file. And if you have the URL of the file then you can resume the downloading the file again, to do this follow the following procedure.

Here are the methods to resume downloading

1. First, try resuming downloading by clicking resume button of IDM by selecting the file from the list of downloads. If it fails then try the second method. 

2. Select the file from the list of downloads and right click on it and click on "Refresh the download address" and then IDM will search for the new URL of the file. IDM will search for file URL if found correct it will start downloading or may ask you to approve the link selected to download. If this also fails then try the third method.

3. First, find the correct location of the same file on the Internet ( URL of the file ). Copy the URL and then select the file from the IDM list of download and right click on the file and go to properties and then try changing Address or Referer link with the fresh URL you have obtained for the same file.
