Sub-committees
(1) The board
may, for the performance of the business of association or society, form
sub-committees as provided in the Bye-law.
(2) The
functions, duties and powers and procedures of a sub-committee to be formed
pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be as provided in the Bye-law.
