Expulsion of member of board or dissolution of board
(1) If a majority of the general meeting adopts a proposal submitted to the general meeting by five percent members of the general meeting, setting out the reasons and rationality for expelling any elected member of the board or dissolving the board, such member of the board may be expelled or the board dissolved.
(2) If any member of the board is expelled pursuant to Sub-section (1), the general meeting shall elect another member to the office of the member so expelled for the remainder of the term.
(3) In the event of dissolution of the board pursuant to Sub-section (1), the general meeting makes provision of election to the new board.
(4) All the provisions contained in Sub-sections (1), (2) and (3) shall also apply to the expulsion of a member of the accounts committee or dissolution of the accounts committee.
