Get audio alarm for internet connection in computer, internet connection checker, internet connection alarm.

Imagine a situation that you have started downloading files (movies, videos, audios,
software etc.) and you are away from the computer monitor and involved in some other tasks and you have planned to execute the downloaded file at a particular time. And after some time you look at the monitor and wish that files might be downloaded completely but the file has been stuck and couldn’t be downloaded. This is also one of the worst moment specially for the tech person. The download might have failed because of several reasons. Among all reasons, you can fix downloading error if it is because of internet connection.

Now, you might be wishing to get notified by your computer that your computer has no internet connection. Yes, you can make your computer to do this. Your computer will play a sound of your choice that you have to specify to be played when the internet connection is not available. And you can also set the time period of checking the internet connection as per your wish. If you are alarmed that there is the problem with internet connection then obviously you will try to fix it.

Above mentioned tasks can be executed by a software "NetSNSOR" which is free.

NetSNSOR is an internet connection checker and can execute files and/or play
WAV if internet connection not found.

NetSNSOR checks for internet connection after every pre-set interval and if the connection is not
found then it alerts you by playing a WAV file or it can start your internet connection also
if you have a batch file.


Setup Procedure
  1. Extract "NetSNSOR" to a folder. You will get two files one is "BatchFiles-help" (zipped) and second is "NetSNSOR".
  
  1. Again extract "BatchFiles-help" (zipped) to a folder and then you will get two files named as  "Batch file" and "NetStart".
  
  1. Now run "NetSNSOR", you will see the screen as in the image.
 

  1. Now go to "Enter Details" tab at the top and then you will find "Enter File to execute",  "Enter WAV file to play" and "Enter interval to check (in minutes) options. At the end of first two fields you will find a tab to choose the location of files, so for the field "Enter File to execute", choose "NetStart" and for the field "Enter WAV file to play" choose.WAV file as per your choice and  for the filed "Enter interval to check (in minutes), input time period as per your choice then click Save! Button at the bottom and then click ok.


  1. Now go to "Status" tab at the top and click "Start/Stop" button at the bottom. Now you are ready to use "NetSNSOR".
