Internet scams to fraud your hard earned money

Have you ever got Email/Sms/Phone Calls stating that you are the winner of our program and we have the prize for you? If you haven't gone through this, it's good. Your friends or relatives might have gone through this or you might have heard about such scams.

I don't want to say all such program are scams but most of them are just scam. You may get email/SMS/phone from the unknown person and they will say you that "Congratulations! You are the winner of our program and we have the prize for you. Contact us on ....... (any mode) for further procedures". And when you try to contact them, you will be able to do so and you may contact a person and you may have the voice call with him/her. And you will think everything is real as you have spoken to the individual on phone. And they will try to make you sure that they are not a scam.

And you may be asked to send your bank account details and your personal details with photographs. And again you may start trusting them more than earlier stages.

By getting your personal information and bank details,  they may try to misuse your account if possible.

And after you give details required by them. They will inform you that your payment has been released and you have to deposit certain percentage (%) of prize amount as a bank transactions charges and tax charges. They will give you a bank account number and ask you to deposit bank transactions charges and tax charges required to send money. And they will say you that payment will be credited to your account after you deposit tax and bank transactions charges.

And if you deposit money in their account as they asked to do, then it is their income and further they will be contactless with you and finally, you will lose your hard earned money.

So never trust this type of activity and if you do trust then never deposit money into their account before you get money as promised by them.
