Single shareholder company
not required to call meeting of the board of director and general meeting
Notwithstanding
anything contained elsewhere in this Act, except as otherwise provided in the
articles of association of a single shareholder company, all acts and decisions
required to be done and made by the board of directors or general meeting of
the company shall be as decided in writing by such shareholder; and no meeting
of the board of directors or general meeting shall be required to be called.
